Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

All orders will be despatched within 3 working days and will always be tracked.

UK – All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail and will arrive on the next possible working day once dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL – All International orders are shipped from the UK via Royal Mail, we anticipate the following delivery times: 

Europe – 2-3 working days 

All other destinations – 5-7 working days. 

IMPORT CHARGES
Please note that the customers will always be responsible for paying any import bills they may receive.
When shipping items to outside of the UK, this will always incur a customs inspection which we always provide the correct paperwork for. We cannot be held responsible for how long it takes your order to pass through customs.

UNDELIVERED ITEMS
In the event that your order cannot be delivered, due to incorrect information or missed deliveries these orders will be returned to us at the courier services discretion. Once your order has been returned to us you will be contacted. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges for redelivery.

RETURNS & REFUNDS 
We sincerely hope you are satisfied with your purchase, however if you change your mind for whatever reason we will happily exchange your item or refund your purchase as long as it’s returned in original packaging and unworn within 30 days of receiving. Please email contactus@perversedemand.co.uk before you send the item and state the order number in the email subject, thank you. All returns are free of charge, and a label will be sent to you for you to return your item.
